Automated Customer Communication
All PinkSuite members have the option to turn on some automated communication to their customers. This communication will go out to your contacts who have the Client Tag and are in your “Clients” Smart List. Your PinkSuite will automatically send a minimum of two emails a month to your client list. Each month you will find a post in your PinkSuite Members community group in the Members Lounge that contains the dates the emails will go out to your customers that month. You will also find instructions there on how to edit the emails before they send if you would like to. All automated communication is ready to go as is, so revisions are not required.
A Birthday email and text message can also go out to your customers on the day of their Birthday. You can find resources on how to review and revise your Birthday communication, as well as where to turn on your automation preferences - inside of your PinkPal.
You must go to your PinkPal and click on the “Automation Preferences” button to turn on the automations in your PinkSuite. These automations will remain off until you tell us to turn them on.
Automated Consultant Communication
All PinkSuite PRO members have the option to turn on some automated communication to their Consultants. This communication will go out to your contacts who have the Consultant Tag and are in your “Consultants” Smart List. Your PinkSuite will automatically send a minimum of 4 emails a month to your Consultant list. These emails cover the company announcements, promotions, and reminders for things like new product launches, star, and PCP. Each month you will find a post in your PinkSuite Pro Access community group in the Members Lounge that contains the dates the emails will go out to your Consultants that month. You will also find instructions there on how to edit the emails before they send if you would like to. All automated communication is ready to go as is, so revisions are not required.
A Birthday & Anniversary email and text message can also go out to your Consultants on the day of their Birthday/Anniversary. You can find resources on how to review and revise your Birthday/Anniversary communication, as well as where to turn on your automation preferences - inside of your PinkPal.
A Status Text and Email can be sent out to your Consultants during the first half of the month, who have the following status - A3, I1, I3, T1, or T6. There is not a set date that these messages go out right now. Our team manually pulls your InTouch reports and imports them into your PinkSuite so that all of the data is current and then triggers the communication out to your Consultants. The team goes through the list of Pro Members and performs this action for each member, one at a time. The day they get to you on the list, is the day that your communication will go out.
A Wholesale Text can be sent out to your Consultants during the last half of the month, who are close to having 225, 600, or 1,000 wholesale in for them month. Their message will tell them how much they have left to achieve the next production level. There is not a set date that these messages go out right now. Our team manually pulls your InTouch reports and imports them into your PinkSuite so that all of the data is current and then triggers the communication out to your Consultants. The team goes through the list of Pro Members and performs this action for each member, one at a time. The day they get to you on the list, is the day that your communication will go out.
