Sometimes things online just act… a little wonky. Maybe a button won’t click, an image looks out of place, or a page doesn’t seem to load the way it should. Don’t worry - this doesn’t always mean something is wrong with the software you’re using or the website you’re visiting.
Why this happens:Web browsers (like Chrome, Safari, or Edge) store bits of data from every website you visit. This is called your cache — and it helps pages load faster the next time you visit.
But when we release updates to your PinkSuite and your browser releases its own updates (which happens often), they can sometimes “butt heads.” The result? Things may look or behave strangely until your browser clears out the old data and reloads the fresh version.
Quick Fix:First, try refreshing your page.
On Windows: press Ctrl + R or F5
On Mac: press Command + R
OR select the URL for the page you are on and hit enter
This simple step can often fix things instantly!
If that doesn’t work, try clearing your cache.
Clearing your cache resets the saved version of the PinkSuite in your browser and ensures you’re seeing the most up-to-date version of our software.
Still having trouble? Try a different browser (for example, switch from Safari to Chrome).
Or open an Incognito or Private window (see below for how).
