FINDING YOUR NOMINATIONS
If someone submits a nomination using the Nomination Form on your website, it will add them to your "Website Submission" Smart List in your contacts area. To know that they arrived on that list because they submitted nominations - you can open their contact profile and you can see their referrals in their "Notes" section. You will also be able to see they submitted the form in their "Activity" section.
If you had people share your Referral Claim Form link to have their referrals fill the form out themselves, then their entry will come in as a “Free Gift” entry triggering the same automatons as someone filling out the form on the Free Gift page of your website. Both forms ask the person to include the name of who referred/nominated them, so you will be able to make the connection that way.
{Please note that the Nomination Form page on your website and the Referral Claim Form page on your website are DIFFERENT. The Nomination page is for the person doing the referring/nominating to fill out and submit their nominations. The Referral Claim Form is for the person being referred to fill out themselves. You do NOT want to mix these up or the automated communication will go to the wrong person.}
AUTOMATED COMMUNICATION
If you are a Plus/Pro member we have already automated a "Thank You" Email to the person who filled out the nomination form on your website, as well as an Email and/or Text to the referral. Both Email/Text to the referral provide them with a link and ask them to fill out the Free Gift form. When they fill this out it will add the new information to their Contact Profile, as well as trigger an automated email with your booking link to book their session with you.
If you are a Plus/Pro member a new contact was created for the referral because communication had been sent to them, however the contact will not have their name included yet. Once they fill out their Free Gift Form, it will update their contact with the rest of the information.
FOLLOW UP TASK
A Task was also added for you to remind you to reach out to the referral if you are a Standard member, or to follow up with the referral if they don't respond to the automated messages for Plus/Pro members.
